Fit Men Cook has been a huge part in my personal fitness journey in which I cut nearly 30 pounds. The recipes are easy to follow regardless of your skill level in the kitchen. Kevin shows you how to make delicious meals that are "always healthy and never boring." My favorites are the various burgers, chicken tortilla soup, carnitas tacos and naan bread pizzas. While I use this app for my weekly meal preps, I also use these recipes whenever entertaining friends or cooking for social functions. My friends always love the meals and ask me for the recipes afterwards (I tell them to get the app.) One last thing, the meal plan and grocery list options make shopping trips a breeze.
